Description

Neil A. Mendenhall Jr., a land surveyor, submitted an application to partition property owned by Robert and Nora Morkert into three parcels. The subject property is within unincorporated Clatsop County. The subject property is zoned Residential-Agriculture-2 (RA-2) and is served by the Youngs River Lewis & Clark Water District. The RA-2 Zone has a two-acre minimum parcel size. The subject property is identified as Township 7N, Range 09W, Section 09C, Tax Lot 1700 (70909C001700) and Township 7N, Range 09W, Section 16, Tax Lot 514 (709160000514).  

As proposed, Parcel #1 would be 2.24 acres, Parcel #2 would be 2.21 acres, and Parcel #3 would be 2.13 acres in size. Access to Parcel #1 and Parcel #2 is proposed via Peter Johnson Road. Access to Parcel #3 is proposed via a private easement.
