The Sheriff’s fees are set by State law, Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 21.300, or by county ordinance. The following fees are effective as of July, 1, 2021.
We accept Cash (exact amount), Checks made out to the Clatsop County Sheriff's Office, and Debit/Credit Cards (All debit/credit card payments are subjected to a processing fee that will automatically be added by the credit card company).
note: the fee charged by the credit card company will be approximately $2.00.
Once your fees are paid and the document/s are submitted for service, they will be processed for service. Once served, we will mail you a copy of the proof of service.
